$425.00 for 5 x 2 to 2.5 hour classes.
Included in this is the HypnoBirthing® Book, CD and handouts. 
When is a Good Time to Commence Classes?
From 26 weeks on.
Can I Bring a Partner?
Birth partners are encouraged to come, along with a family member etc. who may be supporting you at the birth.
Will it be Just Us?
HypnoBirthing classes are for you and your partner, small groups may also be available.
Where are the Classes Held?
I am based in Heidelberg.
I Live in the Country Would You be Able to Take Classes Up Here?
Yes, through prior arrangement with a small group.
When do the Classes Take Place?
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings and every second Saturday (double class) - day class also available.
Pregnancy Massage / Myotherapy
• Cost $55 - health card fundable.
• Time - 1 hour.
• Frequency - as needed (more frequent in the latter stages of pregnancy).
• Wear - comfortable clothing.
• We also offer a session for the father that teaches some induction points.
